Sat 119 No Even Number Transponders

I need some Dish help. For years I have received chanels on Sat 119 but this weekend I lost the even number of tansponders. What could be the problem?

Or bad cable, especially the connectors. Improper feed-thrus or cables can attenuate the higher frequencies and that would eliminate the odd or even (I don't know which) channels. Try a different direct cable even if only temporary.
