Santa Maria KCOY off air antenna down

If anyone out there lives in santa maria, or views KCOY does anyone know who we can contact about this? I really want to see the season finale of CSI miami in HD. The digital cable channel on comcast is also in SD. NOOOOOO. I must watch HD!! Please if anyone has any information please help. THanks
