can't imagine someone actually taking back my leased tv

They're also coming out with large TV's with DirecTV built in and PC cards. So does that also mean you pay $2,000 for a TV, put it on your DirecTV account, cancel, and send them your new LCD/DLP TV? If you activate a PC card do they own your PC now?

The answer is obviously no but their contract does not take these into account. The agreement demands return of receivers, cards, remotes, if the receiver is built into your TV, the way the contract currently reads, they could take your TV.

If I purchase HR10-250 now... what happens when new HD-DVR is released??

What would you ask Chase Carey?
