Samsung LCD TV can't see Channel 60

I just got a new Samsung TV which could not see channel 60 no matter what I tried. Channel 60 is what my satellite box sends. So, after a lot of messing around I finally set the satellite box to send Channel 73. The TV could see 73, so now things work.

Just a wild guess, but you might need to change it the TV type or whatever they call it. Something like CATV / Air / Air2. I don't remember exactly.

Step 7 is what I was thinking of. You may or may not pick up different channels based on how you search.

Like I said, just a guess.

Your TV came pre-set in Cable Mode. As long as you don't have a problem with it being on chan. 73, I wouldn't hassle it.
