Team up with Intel, perhaps? Apple should have made a move like this. But they don't like to team up with competitors. Of course, for all the stink about no NFC in the iPhone 5, if the 5S has it, they won't -really- have missed the window. Kind of reminds me of the US in the early space race. We missed a LOT of "firsts", but didn't we win in the end?
