Samsung 360 or RCA 210

Are these really any different. It seems like everthing I read about them is negative. Value electronics offered RCA for 315 plus addt'l 50 for install. D*tv offered 250 plus 20 for tax but recvr would be unknown(i'm guessing it would be the samsung360) Are these recvrs worth the money since all I hear is negative comments. Any advice would be great
