Saginaw Reed Switch Question

I have a 24" Saginaw actuator and am having problems with my new VBOX V3000. I'm getting error E2 on the box so I'm not getting sensor pulses. Sometimes it works sometimes not. I was told on the Sadoun forum that the reed sensor might be bad. I've been trying to find a replacement but no one seems to sell them. I found a reed sensor on Digikey: PN: CH410-ND

Digi-Key - CH410-ND (Manufacturer - MP200701)

I don't know what the specs are supposed to be but this is my best guess. Can anyone confirm what the electrical and mechanical (threads) specs should be?

replacement should be able to get from skyvision

usually checking the wiring at the vbox should be your first step
next check wiring to the actuator.

Thanks for the reply. I took a look at Skyvision, unfortunately none of the sensors look like mine. Mine is a threaded barrel about an inch long and just under a half inch in diameter.
