Sacramento Area???

Has anyone in the sac. area had the D1000 installed? even though dishchannelchart.com says that both of the channels are on there. 2 of the last 3 (2 of the last 2 that have said that the dish1000 is REAL) say that the two channels HAVE NOT switched over to the 129, plzz help
