Thanks Juan! Perviy kanal Europa still exists on Filmon... I wonder if that's really the Russian channel 1, or rather some European modified version?

I don't know if they have Russian 1, but Kalinka-TV has a bunch of channels in Russian. Not all of them work. Some of them just keep buffering and crash the app.. have to reboot Roku to get out.

Kalinka-TV was the only channel I found that was reliable enough to watch at all. But alas, no Russia 1. The other channels I tried either didn't work at all or had no Channel 1 either or wanted money nobody here wanted to spend.
