RTV,TUFF,PBJ still on 83W?

Was planning on realigning my 4 ft KU dish today, since RTV wasn't coming in well for me on 83W but today I can't receive either of the 3 Luken Chs.
So I figured I'd dble chck and make sure they're still up...suspect they are, they have been in that spot for long time.

Yes, it is...I only get about 48 for quality, thought I use to be able to get more signal when I had the dish at another spot.

still there with 49 to 52 percent quality on my 6 footer.

well I moved the dish, by loosening the clamps ever so slightly a degree or 2 east, so now I get 83W transponders in the 83w position not 84w (c-band sat)!
am getting RTV and comp. in between 45-51 on my 4 footer, which is about max.

I'm even further north and get a 69% signal with an old SuperDish.

It's annoying though, with my motorized KU system...used to be able to pull in 61W-125W, most sats. only at marginal to descent strength, lately 61w-95W comes in strong but I loose the signal moving west beyond 101W, guess it's positioned to where the lower sats. are maximized but I loose the belt when moving westward...real tricky balancing act needed to get better range

I am just an ex - spurt not an expert, but that sounds to me like a sagging dish, the post in no longer a plum, er -- plumb.
