People sometimes ask what French-language programs are available FTA in North America. Well, not a lot. But here's a bit of good news for the ku-band crowd -- RTS Sénégal has joined the ranks of Canal Algérie and M2 Marocco on T5 ! (Right now, the news I am watching is in Wolof, though).
