Iceberg made a good point as usual. Lyngsat may be wrong. My pansat rcvr lists that transponder as 2/3 FEC. So just set yours to Auto FEC if the rcvr allows this. I'm not familiar with the models you have. The VPID and APID on lyngsat matched mine. Good Luck :)
 
Right from the transponder's NIT

NIT: 97.0W 12.060 GHz Horizontal 22000 3/4 QPSK, DVB-S

The Lyngsat parameters are correct. 3/4 FEC locks for me, while no other FEC will lock.
 
I'm also in London, and I get 12060 H (12058 for me) at the same quality as I get 12177 V (12175 for me), both at 60% on the Pansat.

Nigel_Miguel, what quality readings do you get for some of the other Horizontal transponders (12090, 12121, etc.).
