RTPi down?

Hello,

i had my mother in law and aunt call that they weren't getting RTPi through AMC4, all of a sudden they lost picture.

anyone else have this channel and lost it?

I just checked and I can still receive the channel.

signal seems up and down today. I had it then lost it for a while.

They recently changed TP on that satellite. It scanned in yesterday, when I was scanning for new channels. Sorry i cannot give the details as I deleated the channel. MY advice is do a rescan of the sat.

12033 H 3003 is the new info

I've noticed it was very weak yesterday. I got everything else on AMC4 but RTPI for a while. If I bumped the dish a little bit RTPI came in (weakly) but the rest of the channels were also weak

I too have been having alot of problems with RTPI since they switched over to 12033. I get other channels on AMC4 (like BVN) no problem (too bad I don't speak dutch), but not RTPI.
If anyone has any update/news/tips please post them here.

Good signal here on 1m primestar but not super strong, 65signal/60 quality, about 15pts less than BVN but its stable.

working for me now too!

Thanks for the tip.
I made some adjustments and now I'm able to get the signal again. It does indeed seem to be weaker then BVN, but at least its working now, and hopefully stays that way.
