RSN (Altitude Channel in Denver) with Dish Absolute HD package?

Has anyone been able to add the Altitude Channel to their Dish Absolute HD package? When I called, they said that the Multi-Sport package (including Altitude) requires a Bronze level base package or higher (even though the Bronze package costs the same $34.99/mo). Are there any creative ways around this?
