ROOT Sports NW messed up

Hi, here I am again to ask if anyone else had a problem recording a Mariners game on ROOT Sports NW? The game was played Tuesday August 29 at 4:00. My wife has the Mariners as "Our Team"and we also have the channel set to record all Mariners game on ROOT so we usually get 2 recordings of each game. The weird thing this time that happened was both recordings were black except for a DirecTV logo. The channels that recorded was MLB and MASN2 (RSN Alternate)

Why did this happen and did it happen to everyone?
