RFI - Dish w/ Joey

I have installed an amateur radio station at my nephew's home that has Dish TV / Internet with a Joey system. When the TV / Satellite is turned on I get a distinct, approximately 60Hz noise, in my waterfall. When I did a site survey I noticed the same noise pattern coming from the coax and especially from the SOLO Node 185834. I have ordered common mode chokes for the TV and Satellite box. I tried to install a ground wire to the solo but there is no where to connect it even though the label mentions the type of ground wire to use. How can I ground the SOLO and are there any other suggestions? It appears that Dish is unwilling to address this issue even though they are required to. Thanks.

How far away is it from your DISH receivers?

My transceiver is ~20 ft. from the receivers in another room.
