It's me again. Lost as a goose in a hailstorm...
Can RFD be picked up on a 922?
I see it listed as free on LyngSat, but I'm having a devil of a time finding the channel.
Was curious if it was now a sub...
(Keep in mind - we can't hit the guide with our current setup)
Help?

Your 922 will pick up VC+.DC2 and analog C and Ku in frequency's
up to 4200Hz for C band and 11,200Hz for Ku.
The RFD is a DVB on C band so answer is no.

Look on Lyngsat for the ones your 922 can get.

RFD-TV Rural TV is on X-4 730 and yes you can get it on your 922, it shows up on mine. It does require a sub though.

Ah thats why it doesnt show on Lyngsat if its a subscription.

Lyngsat shows subscription items too but the HITS stuff its kinda buried

The ThinMan is correct it is on X4 and you do need a sub. Nice program if you like it you will love Blue Highways on C4 606, it also needsa sub.

Anyway.... what is DVB for those of us lacking in the knowledge?

DVB is Digital Video Broadcast, FTA receivers can decode DVB signals that are not encrypted.
