My RF remote for the secondary TV on a two tuner receiver has stopped working, except when (and this is the kicker) the primary TV is on. As soon as the primary TV is turned off, the RF remote for the secondary TV ceases to work.
Tech support seems to think that the remote is faulty and receiving interference; they are sending me a new one. I have my doubts, however, as it isn't clear to me how the remote could receive enough interference to disrupt the signal when the primary TV is off, but not when it is on.
Does anyone have any ideas as to the cause of this? Thanks.
