GEOSATpro RF remote control extender with a MicroHD?

Has anyone ever used one of these RF remote extenders with a MicroHD receiver and knows how well it works with one?

My MicroHD is in our living room, the HDMI output is hooked to the TV in that room and the other output is run to a modulator so on all of our other TVs throughout the house we can tune to the modulated channel and watch whatever the MIcroHD is tuned to. Judging from it's description, this would be perfect to control the MIcroHD from other rooms in the house, if it works.

It should work ok. Never used this brand or used one with a microHD, but have used others in the past and never had a remote that it would not extend.

Yes, I bought one for my MicroHD so that I could control it from the dish when tuning-up, and it works from 50 feet away through a brick wall. I found when using it inside in view of the receiver that the combination of RF commands and IR commands confused the receiver (I think the RF route creates a short delay in the signal reaching the receiver). The solution is to but black tape over the IR transmitter on the remote control unit. The the half-size AA battery that's provided with the RF unit to use in the remote controller lasts a long time before needing recharging. Overall, very pleased with it.

Got the extender in yesterday and tried it out today, it works great!
