I finally get my boxes about twice the size of units so I get them all boxed up UPS takes the 301 and 501 would not take 622(622 weighs 13 lbs by self)said was over the 10 lbs label sent from Dish it was 23 lbs but it had all 3 LNB,2 remotes,DPP44 Switch,power supply and inserter.
So bring it back call Dish says it should not weigh over 10 lbs even with the 1 LNB and 2 remotes this superviser tells me I not reqiured to return the other things but would email me a larger weight label what do I get a 6 lb label.
So this starts over again 3 hour now this superviser tells me I do have to return all the items this times but can not put them all in one box need to send 3 more boxes 2 with 10 lb labels 1 with 6 lb label can not give me shipping lable for more then 10lbs so took everything but 1 LNB,2 remotes and the 622 with the original shipping label stop the UPS driver that comes to my street gave it to him with no problems have all tracking numbers.
I will wait for the other boxes to ship the other 8lbs of crap but what a bunch of F**K IDIOTS good thing I canceled the credit card.
