Return Error 3

Does anyone know what a Return Error 3 is when sending a report to Directv?

Not sure other than it may be indicating it didn't send. Can your receiver access internet features? Perhaps try rebooting.

Also moving to the CE area, as that is the only reason one would send a report.

The only info I could find, and it was somewhat sketchy, said it had to do with a Guide issue.
