Reset on all my receivers

This morning I did a reset on all my receivers and lost my 4K on channel on 104 thru 106 . A message come up I ‘m not authorized for this channel call 1 800 531 5000. Help.
 
So, did you call in and they reactivated it ?
Did you pull up your account and reauthorize them, or did they just show up ?

Why did you reset all your recvrs ?
