Replacment Hopper Caller ID Failure

Caller ID has never worked on any of my Hoppers.
I have never called Dish or Verizon Wireless to troubleshoot the problem.
Doesn't matter which cell phone rings, no caller ID.

You can't get caller ID on a cell phone aside from contacts listed, there are some apps that let you know city/county type thing but thats about it. Shame they won't track landlines to cell phones as regular caller ID does as it would be rather useful.

But as noted too you can't get caller ID thru the hoppers from a cell phone, they just don't match up in anyway.

I don't know whether you're kidding or you really think the cell phone caller ID is gonna show up on your TV screen?

I've seen your posts so I pretty much knew that you were kidding but it is truly amazing what some people think will work.

We had a lady call the office last week complaining that her Dish Network wasn't working and we better fix it right away. What she didn't mention was that her power was also out and she had no electricity!
