I've had a Shaw HD600 receiver with a 75E antenna and dual LNBF for a little over two years. The plastic cap on the LNBF barely lasted these two years before cracking and splitting to expose the horn. This past winter was particularly harsh and I attribute the damage to extreme cold temperatures.
My dealer told me that I would have to replace the entire LNBF as there are no replacement parts available. A replacement LNBF costs $99.00 plus shipping.
I hate the thought of having to replace the an entire LNBF unit just for a plastic cap. Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase the part I need or a lower cost replacement LNBF?
