Dish Anywhere stubbornly remembers the receiver is was linked to. It can take a while for it to reset and check your account and what receivers there are. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help - this info seems to be stored at Dish's or Sling's end, not in the app (presuming you're using an app vs a web browser).
When it does finally re-link, check if it shows recordings that aren't yours or local channels that aren't yours. They belong to the previous owner of the receiver (since you likely got a refurbished one).
