Remote to tunr TV on/off?

I am unable to program my remote, the one that came with my HR20-700, to control my TV ( a Sony KP-51Ws%10 ).

I play the audio through my Sony receiver and am able to control it with no problems. I also can control my Sony DVD player.

All I really want to control is the off/on on the TV.

Any help greatly appreciated.

You've tried all the Sony TV codes listed , I've never had any problem with programming a Sony TV at least not yet ....
