I have a Phillips DVR 6000R through Direct TV. Our remote started acting screwey so they replaced it with a Direct TV universal remote (blue in color). I have programmed everything but I cannot get the guide button to work at all. It just acts as a previous channel button. a for the favorites button. They both just switch to previous channel. I miss being able to access the guide. Any ideas folks?
