Remote codes for Motorola DSR-550?

Can anyone help with preset codes for the Motorola DSR-550? I have a Sony RM-VL1000 remote and Sony says "no". Before I go through the learning cycle on the remote, does anyone have any inputs?

Looking at the list of codes for your remote, I would try code 3038 (Jerrold). If that one doesn't work, go ahead and learn all the codes manually. It's a learning remote after all.

Try a Harmony remote. I bought a SST659. It has the VOOM STB, my D* SIR-360, even my Momitsu 880 DVD player. You just log onto their websight, go thru the prompts. It even shows your VOOM favorites on the display. Sets up it's own macros, turns everything on when you push for your activity. Worth the money.
