Relay Satellite Signals

Does anyone know if it is possible to relay a satellite signal from one building to another?

Here is the situation- building 1 has clear line of site to all satellites. building 2 has line of site to all satellites except 119.

Both buildings are high rises and several blocks away. Is it possible to get 119 to building 2 using some sort of relay method?

The processed signal only, anything else and your looking at some expensive gear. Im curious though as to how a high rise could not have a line of site for the 119 while having the others.

In a big city enviroment like chicago its very possible to have another highrise block an orbital location, for instance if you were next door to the sears tower at the right angle.. your gonna get blocked as the building is significantly taller than the high rise your in.
