A message from Voom about the HBO ad in the Voom commerical.

Thank you for your interest in Voom. We are currently in negotiations to be able to offer HBO and will have this when the channel line up is complete in February 2004, when the system will be fully available. We apologize for anything that has appeared misleading.

I do not understand their logic/reasoning... I guess they have some sort of agreement with HBO that will let them advertise this way. It only means that it is a positive sign that HBO is imminent to appear in the channel lineup. The question is when.

But still misleading to consumers....
