I'm having the same problem with the Dish Gallery app channel 198. It doesn't show up in my guide on my Hopper Duo no matter which list I choose. The weird part is that it did show up there on the day when the app launched, but then it suddenly disappeared.
Here's another weird one. On the All Subscribed list, there is a collapsible channel 296 for subscription VOD. When I uncollapse it, one channel shows up: 296-33 Grokker. (I do not subscribe to Grokker, or any other subscription VOD channel.) When I try to select 296-33, nothing happens.
As far as NFL RedZone, if it was someone on Eastern Arc who did not subscribe to the channel, then I would say that the fact that it is missing is normal. It is HD-only on Eastern Arc, and it is hidden unless you subscribe to it. Since the OP does subscribe to the correct package, I am stumped why it is not showing up. On Western Arc, the SD feed of channel 155 should show up at a bare minimum, even if you do not subscribe to the channel, since Dish just un-hid that feed in today's uplink report. Subscribers would see both the SD and HD feeds, obviously.
