Recordings don't work after recording.

This has happened two nights in a row. Tonight I record law and order svu while watching nypd blue on tv 2. The recording records, it shows the 1 hr 4 minutes like usual. I go to watch it and it shows 000 minutes. I try to start over and the color leaves the screen and it doesn't let me view it. Anyone have any fixes besides the usual?

I had this problem sporadically. Customer service went through all of the canned speech about proper installation, grounding, etc. They eventually had to replace my 522 to fix it.
