Recording Pay-per-View

I'm about to switch to Dish and the 522 DVR. I'm currently using Time-Warner Digital and their DVR. Time-Warner has a PPV feature called "On Demand" that allows you to pause and rewind a PPV movie. Their DVR will not record an "On Demand" program.

Does the 522 DVR let you record, or at least rewind and pause, a Pay-Per-View, or is it locked out from those channels?

You can record a PPV event with no restrictions just like any other broadcasted program.

Hi Lal yes the 522 will let you record PPV movies or I should say that the 501, 508 and 721 will so I'm sure the 522 will.
