Recording only "new" getting reruns

I have my DVR set to record The Colbert Report "new" episodes, but I get 2-3 copies of every episode. Also I have got a few Mythbusters reruns and it is set for "new".

I have my DVR set to record The Colbert Report "new" episodes, but I get 2-3 copies of every episode. Also I have got a few Mythbusters reruns and it is set for "new".

On Colbert you will always get 3 since it is listed as that the same episode is new. 1st showing, then the repeat 3 hrs later then next morn. It will do the same on Daily Show. Best if you set it M-F. Mythbusters is just a CYA due to not having a date in it.
