Recording Icons

I've noticed that recording icons come in various colors, blue, green and purple that I've seen. What do the different colors mean?

Also noticed two different icons, there's a clock which I assume is for a single recording, and what I can describe as a cascading clock which I assume is for a timer set to record a series. Correct?

Looked in the manual and did a search, couldn't find the answer.

I believe each color is for one of the tuners, since there are three tuners.

That was my guess too. Now to just figure out what color corresponds to which tuner. Not that it really matters, I just need to know.
