Record music channels to CD

I have the R10 and was wondering how I could record the music channels(800+) to the CD on my computer. Thanks.

RCA jack to Mini 1/8" adapter with 1/8" cord (Radio Shack or any major electronics store)to the soundcard of your pc line in, then the appropriate program such as musicmatch to record with.

I have the audigy 2 nx. (external sound card)
It has optical input. Works great for recording audio via optical. Im not sure if that reciever has it.

R10 does have an optical sound out.

That would work then. It's a pretty good sound card too.
