Recommendations on RG6 cable?

Solid copper or Copper clad steel?

40 or 60 braid shield?

I use Commscope Copperclad Quad and 60% flooded.. I picked them off of ebay pretty cheaply (like $30/1000ft) the flooded I use outside, and the quad I use inside.

now and then, I will use Times Fiber Quad from work as well, but that I usually use inside the house as well (as its white, and tends to show mold and stuff well from being outside)
