Recognise this antenna

This antenna whose plate is about 4 inches square is successfully receiving Sirius in Panama. Anybody know the make , model or a source for purchase.

Maybe something like this? There are many places online selling good gain aftermarket rooftop antennas. I think the newest series or Sirius models are rounded now.
