I have the GoldHD with PlatinumHD and America's Everything Pack. I am having a problem with reception from 110 since the new replacement. I live in south Texas and also have a home just south of Guadalajara.
I take my 622 down there for about two weeks every quarter. Please don't flame me. I pay $140.00 plus each month to Dish and when I am in one place the service is not used in the other.
In Mexico I have to use a 2.4 meter dish for 61.5, a 1.8 meter dish for 110 and a 1 meter dish for 119. Each dish has a legacy dual LNB and I use a SW64 switch. Until the 110 repacement, everything was great.
Since the replacement the signal is a little stonger than before on transponders 1, 5, 8, 9, 13, 16, 17, 21, 23 and 24. I get a low to mid 60s signal on them.
However, I get nothing on 10, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25 and 32. Of course I also get nothing on the spots. As an example, I used to get a 55-60 signal on 22.
I have run Check Switch, repeaked the dish and changed out the LNB. I even realigned the 2.4 meter dish I use for 61.5 to point at 110 (ran Check Switch after every move). Same transponders were missing.
Any idea why? Does not appear to be an even odd thing. Any ideas on what to do? I go back to the States this weekend so I would like to solve the puzzle (if possible) before I leave and certainly hope I can resolve it before I return in December.
