Reception issues On MeTv

Yes! I started having trouble 07/25/2016. the picture no longer fills the screen, just a small box in the middle of the screen shows the "show" the advertisements look great, no problem, just the programmingg. I have no issues with any other channel. any idea why this is happening?

Try changing the STB aspect ratio from auto to a fixed setting. Also may need to change output resolution from auto to a fixed 60hz setting. These settings also might need to be set on the TV.

I get the same effect with Get TV. One caveat, a universal change to the aspect ratio may affect all channels and you may have to reset the aspect ratio when on another channel.
