Receiving NSS10 37.5W in Ontario Canada on 7.5ft dish?

I have a friend who is originally from Ghana and now lives in Canada. I was looking through Lyngsat and I see that Metro TV from Ghana is on the NSS10 satellite at 37.5W. Has anybody in Ontario, Ohio, Indiana who reads this board ever tried to receive that bird using a 7.5 to 8ft dish? I would love to be able to record a few DVDs of Metro TV for my friend, but before I go through the effort of pulling off my actuator arm (because it won't extend that far over) and go through the effort of rigging up something to hold the dish in place to be able to record the TV, I was wondering if anybody had any signal strength issues with that bird that would prevent my 7.5ft dish from receiving the signal?

Very strong signal here near Kingston, Ontario from a 6 foot Kaul. I tuned to 3805 V 2142 7/8 and immediately hit a 97% strength and 95% quality on the Coolsat.

Metro logo at top right of the screen. When I first hit they were showing Al Jazeera news, right now it is a bunch of public service announcements.

The Tamale Polytechnic is inviting students to graduate for a fee of 250,000 cedis. You get 30,000 cedis back if you hand in the gown afterwards.

colbec - Thanks for the signal check! I'll crank the dish way over to the east to see if I can find it. I have an 18" arm on the dish. I'm going to see how it measures out, and possibly look at getting a 24" arm to reach far to the east to pull in the stuff from overseas I have an H2H mount on my Ku, but only have the standard arm on the C-Band.

Tonight I loosened up a couple of bolts on my actuator and slid it to allow my dish to travel further east. I'm very happy that I didn't need to remove the arm to get the dish to move far enough east to find the NSS10 satellite. At this very moment I have MetroTV from Ghana on my tv screen. They're showing Al Jazeera English. While I was out moving the dish I did manage to see a show about soccer. Very cool stuff. Thanks for the input! I'm going to record a few DVDs of Metro TV to give to my wife's friend who is from Accra Ghana, but now lives here in Canada. It should be a nice surprise..

It is a booming signal 90% SQ on the Birdview.
