Receiving NewsCentral on IA6

Power Scan on my Ultra doesn't detect the NewsCentral channel.
I enter the TP manually:

Down Frequency - 11819 MHz
Symbol Rate - 6.510 Msps
Polarity - Horizontal

As per: http://www.lyngsat.com/ia6.html

For some reason I question if I understand the SR bit correctly.
Anyone know why I'm not able to receive it?

Try AMC-5

11938 (H) SR 6.510

11947 (H) SR 6.510

These are both identified as Sinclair News Central.

Power Scan did find 11938 and listed the channel as Sinclair News Cent, but
it's just a color screen w/tone for now. Will check back tomorrow.

Sinclair News Central on AMC-5 11947H/6510 and 11938H/6510 was on @ 9:40pm EST. I believe their night-time feed starts about 9:30pm EST. 11820/H on T6 was not hot during this time.

Yes, I'm getting the one on AMC5, 11938 at 9:30 CST. Did another PS on IA6
and still no NewsCentral there.
