receiving local channels

I have two seperate dtv accounts that are about 130 miles apart and how can I view opposite local channels?

It depends if they are both in the same spot beam, if they are, you won't have a problem, if they are in different spot beams though, you won't get them in the other.

If you have two accounts, the locals you receive will be based on the service address zip code for each account.

You may receive different locals on each account depending on the DMA you are in.

Put your zip code for each address in this site:
DIRECTV - Local Channels

That's all there is to it, you have no ability to choose your locals.
