Receiver Turns Itself On

Hey Guys,

I have an H23-600 receiver that I turn off each night when I go to bed, only to get up the next morning and see that it turned itself on in the night.

This happens at least 9 nights out of 10. Is this normal for these receivers to turn themselves on?
