receiver fees

Ok...I have turned over every rock on DTV"s website and save for the HR-34 Whole Home receiver fee which appears to be $20 per month, I cannot for the life of me find the monthly fees for HD DVR's and HD receivers.
SO Here is what IO am asking. PLease tell me what the fees are for each individual receiver in the following setup.....One HR 34....Two HD DVR HR 24's and one HD receiver H25...Please help...FOr obvious reasons, I do not want to call DTV's call center because I will only end up cursing out the person on the other end because they will try to upsell and will not give direct answers to direct questions.
I am going to get my system at Costco.
Thanks in advance....BTW, I despise call centers.

1st receiver is included
any additional receivers regardless of what it is is $6. If its a H25 or HR24 its still $6

The $20 fee you speak of is actually 3 fees rolled into one
$3 whole home DVR fee
$8 DVR fee
$10 HD fee
so you save a buck over alacarte. Then you get a $10 credit for HD so that "$20 fee" is actually $10 when all said and done

The advanced receiver fee covers hd, whole home & dvr. Each rec after 1st is $6 per month regardless of rec model.
