Looks like im getting a Visa check card for Zero Dollars after doing all D* has asked of.

I think these guys are pulling a fast one.

First screen shot is showing where im approved, yet not approved.........
The 2nd screen shot is where im approved for Zero dollars
The 3rd is the PDF attachement for ECF fee buybacks and the Terms with it. (submit away) If D* isnt going to pay me, I hope they pay you!
And the 4th is a screenshot of my dish bill showing my ecf fee that was sent to D* w/ my orignial rebate form, as I sent the original bill to D* w/ the fee.

Directv has hands down come up with every excuse not to pay out the full 200 bucks. Its sad as they are suppost to be winning back coustomers, not giving them greif like this. I'm going to the States Attorney's office and BBB if I dont get my full rebate back. I'm waiting a week to see if my rebate shows up in the mail before action. What do you all think?

Unless D*'s coders are taking shortcuts, why does it appear that the agent submitted the 2009 form instead of the 2010 form? Going by that, you are way past the eligibility period so that's why the rebate got kicked back. Again, this is moot if D* is using 2009 as their current submission form.

Call and ask, it is common for a variable-reward rebate to just show $0 on rebate systems, because it doesn't have a set amount.

Then again it could be an error.

The first screen probably shows not approved on the one because it wasn't, but under that is a seperate submission by a CSR from when you called (I would guess) and they submitted it again, thus approving it.

My initial impression is you may be over reacting, just give them a call.

I could be, They dont know as they cant see what amount in their system other than that I was approved. When I talked to the guy last night on the phone, they said that it would take a few weeks and I would know then when I got the card in the mail as they have no way of telling.
