Which antenna do you have in the attic? I got the sensar ii. Most of my
channels are at 99 degrees, and PBS is at 353. 353 is unfortunately going
through several walls of house, including a stone one on the front. The
attic would eliminate some of that, or I could just put it on the roof line
so it is above the roof. I'm a bit wary of putting it directly into the
roof/shingles! 99 happens to be a clear shot with where it is now.

I've gotten the update and still have the problem. Voom said give it
another day and if it is still not working they will have someone come out.
My installer put in a diplexer so the STB is powering the OTA, and I
understand that can sometimes degrade both the OTA and sat signal. Not sure
if it could cause this LNB issue though.
Thanks,
Sean
