Re-scanned locals, now lost ABC

I rescanned my locals, looking for our Fox affiliate (supposed to be online in fall); my ABC channel didn't appear, and now I can't get it back.

The ABC channel had always appeared with a signal strength of 98 or 99, so I can't figure out what happened that it (and its subchannels) disappeared.

(They still appear in the PG.)

Any help?

See if they are hidden now. If so, unhide them.

The channels just don't give any signal: On each, the black screen reads "no channel received on channel 19-1."
