Is there an easy way of re-calibrating my sg-2100 motor. It seems like it's off .5 degrees on all sats. I moved it when the temp was below zero and now I'm picking up strong transponders from sats next door. If I change the location to -.5 it seems to be right on. Can I go to southern most bird and zero it everything out somehow. Thanks, Chad

If it is an internal software calibration issue try using the receivers drive to reference menu function then perform a manual reset at the motor or recalibrate if your receiver has the functions in the installation menu.

You can FOOL the receiver to generate incorrect calculations by shifting your installation location Longitude by .5 degrees, but that is not really correcting the real problem.

If the motor or pole has physically shifted, you will need to adjust the installation.

Thanks, I think the motor just got out of sync. because of the extreme cold. I have a openbox S-10 and just want to re-set the sg-2100 to due south. It used to track perfectly before I moved it in the cold. Thanks.
