RCA DTC210 Problems

I just got my DTC210 today. I hooked it up and called directv to have it activated, so far so good. However, just during this first night of using it, it has locked up on me at least 6 times. Screen will either freeze at the current frame or just cut out, and the audio will go as well. Trying to shut it off with the remote or the power button on the unit itself yields no result. My only options are to either hit the reset button on the unit or unplug the power cord for a few seconds. Rather soon after I had it activated, it found and installed a software update, version 1.0.14. Is everyone else with the DTC210 running this version right now? Has anyone had any lockup problems with the DTC210 at all? Is there a newer version that directv can push down to my box? Someone please help!

Called directv today and they told me it was a bad receiver. I will be calling RCA later today to have them send me a replacement unit. I'll let you guys know how smoothly the warranty process goes with RCA.
